Richard
Winters brings to the table a well rounded balance of financial education,
mortgage banking experience and financial strategy credentials.
Richard began his career graduating with a degree in Real
Estate and Finance from California State University. Over the next decade,
Rick became a partner in two high-profile mortgage brokerage firms,
funding over half a billion in quality residential loans. As a result
of his strong reputation, years of experience and personal connections,
Winters Financial Group enjoys preferential treatment with many respected
local and nationwide banks.
In order to better serve the needs of his clients;
Rick Winters took
and passed the series 7 , series 63, series 65 , and Insurance
designation tests, which allows him to counsel clients not only in mortgage
requests, but also to offer smart program choices for long-term
financial strategies. Rick prides himself on helping clients to
identify and achieve their lifelong dreams.
Rick enjoys coaching soccer and baseball for local
youth sports. To demonstrate his commitment to his community,
he joined the Conejo Las Virgenes Future Foundation in 2000 and
served as an Executive board member for 2 years.
Janice Winters graduated
from the University of Pittsburgh, Cum Laude, with a degree in Finance
and Economics. After graduation in 1983, she began her career in mortgage
banking on the west coast.
The majority of Janice’s mortgage banking experience has been managing
mid size wholesale mortgage origination branches for federally regulated
banks. Her responsibilities included profit accountability, credit
decisions in excess of 1 million dollars per transaction, day to day operations
and management of sales staff. During her time at Western Financial
Bank, Janice’s branch had the highest quality and profitability
in the banks system.
Janice is in charge of the marketing, accounting and
office management at Winters Financial Group.
Janice volunteers at the local elementary school and is active in the
local Girl Scout association. As a notary public she is also a member
of the National Notary Association.
Martha Greeley received a degree in Communications
from the University of Southern California in 1987. Upon graduation
Martha began her mortgage career in wholesale residential lending which
included underwriting and originating. For a few years Martha
and her family left the southern California area and relocated to Montana
where she was introduced to the retail residential side of lending.
Upon returning to Califonria, Martha built a wholesale client base for
a leading California bank. During
her four years there, she consistently was a leading originator
for the entire company.
To expand her financial knowledge Martha joined Merrill
Lynch and spent 3 years in extensive financial training. During
that time she earned the series 7 and 63 designation and
her insurance license. She
attended classes towards her CFP designation.
As a Notary she is a member of the National Notary Association.
Now as a member of the Winters Financial Group
team Martha is able to use her mortgage background in conjunction with
her financial training to provide her clients with truly expert advice
in their mortgage decisions.
Martha is on the board of the Thousand Oaks Titans a local football organization.
She has devoted many hours to this local youth sports program
